💪 Your quest-line:

• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases;
• Plan, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, releases, and sprints in alignment with business goals;
• Facilitate Dev team meetings (Daily, Planning, Delivery, Feature refinement, Retro, etc.) and coordinate communication with other teams/departments;
• Translate high-level business goals and product visions into actionable plans, requirements, and tasks;
• Track development progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers;
• Split a 20+ team into smaller autonomous teams, ensuring scalability and balanced workload distribution;
• Provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders;
• Organize and continuously improve team workflows and processes, ensuring transparency, accountability, and scalability;
• Manage resources and contribute to strategic planning across products;
• Track team health and workload, forecast capacity, and enforce WIP balance to sustain productivity, prevent burnout, and keep delivery predictable;
• Drive smooth onboarding for new team members, ensuring they quickly understand product logic, workflows, and tools;
• Maintain a well-structured knowledge base in Confluence covering product logic, requirements, integrations, team processes and workflows;
• Administer Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) including configuration, permissions, and workflows.

👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product-driven or high-load environments;
• Proven ability to manage multiple products/projects simultaneously in dynamic environments;
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile principles and practices, Scrum framework and Kanban method;
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to structure information, evaluate technical trade-offs, and assess user impact;
• Experience in resource management and strategic planning;
• Experience in scaling teams and organizing them into smaller autonomous teams;
• Strong organizational skills, ability to structure processes and effectively coordinate people and workflows;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, structured thinker, fast learner with a result-driven approach;
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, willingness to dive deep into product specifics;
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and coordination skills;
• Jira & Confluence administration experience.

• Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
• Domain experience in GameDev, Fintech or iGaming companies;
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS);
• Ability to refine high-level visions into actionable requirements;
• Technical background (Business Analyst or QA);
• Experience in process management and optimization;
• Strong passion for improving products and continuously optimizing processes.
